Data Protection and Security
The holder of personal data has the right to access such data free of charge and at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is proven, in accordance with Article 14 of Law No. 25.326 and the amendments introduced by Law No. 27.653. This right is upheld in line with the principles and guarantees established by current legislation, which reinforce the protection of fundamental rights to privacy and informational self-determination.Supervisory Authority and Complaints
The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the authority responsible for the protection of personal data, has the power to address complaints and claims related to breaches of personal data protection regulations, pursuant to Law No. 27.653 and its complementary provisions.
